The objective is:
"With the Card-Jitsu Party still on, I think this is a great opportunity to test a theory of mine.
Sneak into the Fire Dojo, find a hidden signal and decode it. We have Sensei's permission to do so."
The mission is located at the Fire Dojo waddle to were I'am and if you see you're Spy Phone flashing click on it and do you're mission:
I think this is a bug this Field Op was done just around 2 weeks ago and it's getting boring now:
After you've completed the Field Op Dot (An EPF Agent) will give you some description...
Dot is saying:
"Great work Agent! If you're reading this message, you managed to sneak into the Fire Dojo and decode it.
I've always wondered who would be better at stealth - a ninja, or a stealth agent. Maybe I should learn Card-Jitsu to find out."
